Why it matters
The most technical room in the house
A bathroom packs plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing and finish carpentry into a few dozen square feet, and every layer has to be right before the tile goes on.
Most of what makes a remodel last is invisible once it’s done: the slope of a shower floor, the membrane behind the tile, how the fan is ducted, whether a wall-hung vanity has solid blocking behind it. We plan those details with the same care as the parts you see.
- Layout, fixtures and finishes settled before demolition
- Old supply and drain lines dealt with while the walls are open
- Condo rules, work hours and neighbors planned for from day one
How it works
From your first call to the final walkthrough
Call us
Tell us what isn’t working, how you use the room, your budget range and your timing.
Site visit
We measure, look at the plumbing, structure and ventilation, and note any building or HOA rules.
Design and estimate
Layout, tile, fixtures, glass and lighting are chosen, then priced in a written scope.
Build and walkthrough
Demolition, rough-in, inspections where required, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finishing.
Local conditions
Built around Los Angeles homes and buildings
Condos and HOA buildings
Shared risers, units below, sound underlayment rules and limited work hours. We plan condo bathroom remodels around the building first.
Older housing stock
Many pre-war and post-war homes still have galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drains or original mortar-bed tile. We budget for what’s likely behind the walls.
Small rooms and ADUs
Five-by-eight hall baths and compact ADU bathrooms gain a lot from wall-hung fixtures, pocket doors and careful layout. See small bathroom remodeling.

Call and speak with us about your project. We’re open every day from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Service areas
Serving Los Angeles and nearby cities
We work throughout the City of Los Angeles and in these neighboring cities, each with its own housing stock and building department. All service areas.
Do you work on condos as well as houses?
Yes. Condo bathrooms are a large share of remodeling in Los Angeles. We plan them around the association’s approval process, work hours, elevator and parking rules, and the protection of neighboring units.
Can you help with the design, or do I need a designer first?
We can plan the layout and help with selections as part of the project. If you’re already working with an architect or interior designer, we’re happy to build from their drawings and coordinate with them.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope, how long approvals and permits take, material lead times and what’s found during demolition. We give you a schedule for your specific project with the estimate.
Do I need a permit for my bathroom remodel?
It depends on the work and the city. Changes to plumbing, electrical or structure commonly require permits, while purely cosmetic work may not. Requirements change, so confirm with your city’s building department. Our permit guide explains the general picture.
